Discount only applies after you have purchased at least 100 licenses. For licenses between 101-200 the per cost is $9/player. For licenses between 201-300 the per cost is $8/player. For licenses between 301-400 the per cost is $7/player. For licenses between 401-1000 the per cost is $6/player. For example if you purchase 210 licenses the cost would be $999 for the first 100 licenses + $900 for the second hundred licenses and $80 for the remaining 10 licenses for a total of $1,979.
